With over 30+ years as either a business owner, financial guru or CFO, I can work with small businesses or multi-million dollar businesses to figure out ways to help you become the most effective you can be. I will work with all departments, linking finance with operations to improve productivity, efficiency, and bottom-line results. I can pin-point where to reduce cost and add profit. I can also help with Quick Books set up, payroll set up, accounts receivable and accounts payable. My goal is to get you set up so that you can run all of this on your own and grow as a business. I also offer advice along the way!
