Stay away from this company, sales reps will come with big smiles saying "there are no cancellation fees" but when you call to cancel, surprise, surprise!

As a quarterly client with Aptive, I recently contacted them to spray inside as we were seeing more bugs. Our technician, Matt McEvers was prompt and courteous. I especially appreciate the 30 minute advance notice call. Thank you.

A sales man showed up with an amazing sales pitch to get is to switch from our local service provider. I agreed to try out the service and was told there would be no cancellation fee, among many services that would be provided. I received 2 treatments and the promised services were NOT rendered. Not only that, when I called to cancel, I was informed there would be a $200 cancellation fee. This is a great example of a company that does not keep their word. Buyer beware!

Yesterday, June 19. 2017, Jason Reeves from Aptive came to our home to start our yearly pest control. This was our first application, and Jason went over every aspect of the contract, and filled me in on what each service would include. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and I truly enjoyed meeting him and seeing his warm personality. He treated our home inside and out, and left us with a card detailing each service that was covered. We are excited to have this pest control service contract, and I hope to get to see Jason again on future sprayings.
