I purchased 2 cars from this dealer and never had a problem with them. I had a couple of times with the first car where I was unable to pay on my due date and they worked with me. The second car I got right before I had surgery and was off work for 4 months. During that time I worked with Frank extensively and he was awesome! He called me each time a payment was due; sometimes more than once and he NEVER treated me like anything less than the most important customer they had. The sales people are awesome, the customer service is awesome, the entire staff is awesome. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that most of the cars that fit my needs had over 100,000 miles on them and I would like to see lower mileage cars. One other minor flaw is if you have to call in to make your payment, it can take a little while to get help, but they are a busy place and they are so apologetic it is forgivable. These are great people to work with if you are willing to play it straight with them.

don't think i will use this company again. not at all willing to work with you and payment if you run into difficult circumstances.sounds to me alot like the dealer ship on bannister rd who would rather repossess the car than work with you. learned a valuable lesson here and will not refer anyone else to these people. i really thought they were above the rest of the dealerships in the metro.
