My husband and I came to look and was greeted by Adam. He was very respectful and gave us space to look. He was not pushy and that said a lot to us! The worse. When we bought our RV we had a question about out heat system just a question. We were told that they were not going to let the tech answer it without bring it in and paying their 130.00 and hour service fee just to answer a 2 min. question. Went back a year later (our rv place was closed for the holiday) wanted to see if something we wanted to buy for ours was worth and the manger of the parts department said he had no idea if it is or what it was. Told us if we bought it to let him know...JOKE. After the holiday went to our guy and he told us that it was not worth it...for free

I was familiar with RV's to the extent hat I knew pretty well what I wanted and expressed this to Randy. He spent his time with me and explained some of the current features. As we continued to watch for just the right rig, one of the salesmen advised that he thought he had traded for what he thought would be the one. Since the people could not bring it in and pick up their new one for another month, he offered to take the new one to them and bring the used on back for me to take a look. It was perfect, just what I wanted!

Every spring I would take the trailer to Bowling's for service and check over before enjoying the camping season. This year (in my mid-seventies) I have taken possession of a 2013 Cougar lite. Again was treated so well by all of the staff. I cannot say enough kudos for ALL from the front to the back. The service has been super and they have all been so great at answering my questions. I feel like they are family... "Thanks gang... You are the best!"

We just bought our second camper from Bowling RV and just took it our for the first time. We LOVE it! Thanks to Adam and Tammy for working with us so we could get us our dream camper! Also thanks to Chris for so completely going over the camper with us so we were prepared when we took it out! Grandma Betty, we're sorry we missed you the day we picked it up! Maybe we'll see you the next time we're that way. You should be proud of your company! We felt like family!
