This is the second year we used Garden's Gate. Last year went great. That is why we had them back. Showed up, only did half the job. Looked like I did it instead of professionals. Contacted owner who sent them back out to finish job. Still looked like I did it. After sending pics, was assured by the owner that she would be out to take a look and that the job would be done to her standards. She never showed but sent someone out again. Still looks like I did the work. Needless to say, over a month later, the job is still incomplete. Have tried contacting the owner who will no longer return my e-mails. Worst customer services I have ever encountered. I'm still blown away that someone could care so little about their reputation. I too wish I could submit pictures, because words cannot describe the absolute lack of professionalism. I'm embarrassed to tell people that we hired someone to do such an awful job.

Pathetic customer service and quality of work. Only wish I could post pictures as they would far better illustrate that 1 star is one too many. Far better choices in the area!
