So far I have to agree with the previous review. We have called a number of times with no answer. Calling the corporate office number is the only way to get a call back from the manager of Eastpointe Apartment.

Exceptionally poorly managed apartments. Maintenance is the worst I have ever had in 12 years of renting. Part-time office staff NEVER returns calls and is rarely in office. If they tell you they will take care of somthing it WONT. Things break regularly and seldom repared. Highly do not recomend this apartment complex or others managed by this person.
