I was there a couple of times when they first opened and really wasn't impressed. I recently found out that Ashley and Ken are there!!!! YES! Ashely does a great job and is a wonderful person and very personable. I will continue to stay with Nail Time Spa as long as Ashley and Ken are there. I used her at Allure, but unfortunately the management and some of the staff at Allure were not very pleasant to deal with. You will be very happy with either Ashley or Ken as your nail tech!

Now that Ashely and Ken have moved to the salon, it will be the best in Oswego once they have built the clientele and employed good technicians. Ashley knows what she is looking for in a good tech, so if in doubt, ask for Ashley or Ken to do your nails. I have followed them from Bravia to Razney to Allure and now here. That is real testament to how good they are at their jobs

Came here when they first opened taking a break from my regular salon, they had 20% off so I figured I try it.. Got a new set French first off I love my nails long very long & even after I told him that he continued to say they would look weird and cut them to his liking, I ended up settling with them and paying a total of 37$ within a few days the nails were splitting and one of them actually fell off after 3 days of having them, I went back and asked if they could fix them which he did but after blaming it on me saying i don't treat my nails right and that that's what happens when they're long which they weren't at all. So another week goes by after fixing the few that were almost off and they start coming off again, so I went back for the 3rd time and he was extremely rude telling me he's been doing nails for 27 years and that its my fault they were coming off. I almost got up and left because of how rough he was ripping my nails off it was beyond painful and now I went back to my regular place and the lady refused to do work on such horribly done acrylic and decided to remove all of them and let my nails repair themselves. Never once did he soak off my nails he ripped them off as if he was mad and intending to hurt me. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail place never have I been treated like that because never had my nails turned out that badly repeatedly over and over again. I do not recommend going here.

Worst and shortest pedicure ever. Will never go back.
