The best thing to happen to Oswego....PERIOD. I have ben struggling with my hair for years. I came to the conclusion..I had bad hair. Francesca proved me wrong. She explained how my haircut was not sitting right and my hair color was severely damaging my hair....which it was:( After her haircut, I feel like I have different hair on my head! I purchased a living social for a haircut with Francesca. Her salon was so charming, chic, and comfortable at the same time. Francesca was truly amazing. She asked me so many questions before I got my hair washed. She made me feel like she cared so much about my hair and she just met me! I was not very thorough in explaining what I wanted but she somehow knew. She was so friendly, I felt like I knew her for years. I am so happy I took a chance and bought a living social. I felt so beautiful when I left her salon. I never thought my hair could ever look this good! I am her client for life:)
The owner Francesca was a breath of fresh air! Her business and talents will be a great addition to Oswego! My sister was given the best hair cut of her life and I can't wait to have her style me.
Francesca gave me the best haircut of my life! She spent so much time with me before I even got shampooed! Francesca asked me so many questions to really make sure we were on the same page. During the haircut, it was like watching a master at work. She made sure every single hair was perfect. She's not only a perfectionist, she is super friendly. My hair has never looked looked so great, and I dont even have to do it! It just falls into place:) I am thrilled Francesca is now in our neighborhood!!! I highly recommend Francesca at Salon Privato!
