First I want to commend the hospital for their efforts helping animal shelters with adoptions. But, the first time I came to them with a tiny kitten who had fallen ill, I was met by a very callous woman dr. who didn't listen to us when we told her the kitten could not keep food down, and gave us an oral antibiotic rather than giving the kitten a shot. The next time we brought back the sick kitten, a male dr. was all gloom and doom and didn't give us much hope that the kitten would live and his staff gave us information on euthanasia and burial services. We took the kitten to another vet who was caring and offered hope and with his medical knowledge and expertise we took the kitten home and cared for it and it made a full recovery and celebrated his 2nd birthday this summer.
