Our overall experience with Libra Bros. was outstanding! We had them do a fall clean up and their attention to detail is unsurpassed. The owner and rest of the staff has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and always reliable! We plan on using them again for spring clean up as well as bigger projects in the near future!

Overall, I was pretty satisfied with the work done through Libra Bros. Landscaping. The entire process was pretty seamless. From the free estimate, to seeing the design, and finishing the job, everything was quick and easy!



I had a somewhat larger project (hardscape and landscape) and wanted a contractor who would be able to handle both. I really liked the landscape design their designer was able to create for me and the pricing was very reasonable and competitive . The designer listened to my wants and I appreciate that my input was received and able to be implemented. One thing I was very impressed with was the speed the job was finished! Libra Bros was able to knock this job out in 2 and a half days!



I understand that some landscape companies are hard to work with and hard to find someone to trust. What I loved most about Libra Bros is that they have a physical location that I can stop into whenever I need to. Also, the owner is very accessible and helpful whenever I needed him.

I would NOT recommend Libra Brothers. I used them to landscape my front and side yard. It took them a while to return calls which should have been my first sign that customer service was not there. I decided to use their services anyway b/c I liked their ideas and the project "seemed" to turn out well. The disappointing part of all of this is what happened the next spring (this year since they landscaped last July.) The planting beds (with mulch) all came back in the spring with grass growing all throughout. Most of the plants/flowers (perennials) that they planted DID NOT come back. (I was watering and tending to the flowers regularly last year, too.)-- My yard looked so awful this year b/c all you could see was regrowth of the grass in the areas they had "landscaped" last year and no new flowers or plants came back up. When I called to express my disapointment (it took 3 calls for me to get one return call) Kirt said that this is normal and I had to get some weed killer to fix. I asked if they used the weed fabric (black paper underneath mulch) to prevent and he said no and that I would just have to buy some roundup and kill the grass/weeds. This wasn't just a few blades of grass..it was EVERYWHERE. I was so disappointed and couldn't believe his response. Since this --I have asked many other landscapers and they couldn't believe that this was not used and when the looked at my planting beds--they couldn't believe how awful it looked. They said that this should not happen and since perennials were planted I should see re-growth of flowers by now. (At least the ones that bloom in the spring.) I called Kirt again and he once again told me that this was not under their "guarantee" and that there was nothing they could do. He never even offered to come take a look at the yard.

I have since had another landscaping company come in and lay the black weed paper, new mulch and plant new flowers. It looks amazing and like it should have all along. I knew I would have to re-mulch this year but I wasn't expecting to completely re-do everything and buy new flowers.

I paid A LOT of money last year and can truly say I am disappointed and I feel so deceived. Libra Brothers did not provide quality work and I would definitely not recommned them to anyone. It's too bad because referrals are the best way to grow a business and I am usually the first one to pass on a good name. Not in this case, though.
