KRH Properties is a LLC based in Cape Cod Massachusetts providing transportation The Senior Ride and property management services including existing single family home refurbishing and rehabilitation. Our mission is to service the needs of the Greater Barnstable area and to provide a growing community with the highest quality standards in our products and services. KRH Properties, LLC is dedicated to building long term relationships in the community it serves and being the premier management and development company in the greater Barnstable area. Establshed in 2004, KRH Properties is managed by COO Ron Haley and CFO Kelly Haley and includes a stellar cast of local contractors. Chief Operating Officer, and founder, Ronald P. Haley provides superior knowledge of the home building/rehabilitation process having worked in the trade's field, and owning his own General Contractor proprietorship during the early 1980s. He is well versed in the technical skills of all of the major trades having run a General contractor firm which organizes and project manages the rehabilitation process. In addition, Ron is a retired law enforcement officer holding special certificates in Elder Affairs and Traffic Accident Investigations. Chief Financial Officer Kelly L. Haley provides many years of experience in hands on, over all management to the company. Kelly is the recipient of a Masters in Business Administration from Hofstra University. She has served as Director of Finance for several related companies and presently services several Boston based firms in a financial consultant capacity. Her small company and large corporate experience gives her an all encompassing knowledge of sales, marketing, forecasting and analysis.
