She provides treatment for depression and other mood disorders, anxiety, including panic disorders and social anxiety, post traumatic stress disorders, addiction, and issues related to life transitions, such as a move, divorce, loss, unemployment, etc. LuAnn uses Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness-based therapy and is solution-focused. She enjoy working with clients who are searching for growth, meaning and a better quality of life. She sees therapy as useful in not only getting help with a present crisis but also for those who have more long-term needs.
