Hello, I'm Tracy Rank, APNP. I am a Board-Certified, Adult and Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner within the family medicine department at Ascension Medical Group at Koeller Street. I provide preventative healthcare including acute and chronic disease management, health maintenance and wellness promotion to older adolescents and adults. I have a special interest in the treatment of anxiety, arthritis, depression, diabetes, COPD, cardiovascular disease and hypertension. I also am interested in women's health, family planning and nutrition. I establish relationships by providing holistic patient-centered care that incorporates both the patient's and family's health goals. I strive to provide healthcare that is compassionate and individualized to meet each patient's needs. I work with them to reach their optimum health. When I'm not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, volunteering, yoga and meditation.
