I went in to get my husband's crystal watch face replaced and was never even acknowledged when I came in, so I looked around for a little while until someone showed up at the desk. The lady was very rude and I was told the repair wouldn't take long. 2 weeks later, after repeatedly calling and being told that it would be ready, I still haven't received the watch back. The woman who answered the phone each time felt the need to remind me that "I would be called when the repair was finished", as if to say "stop calling, it'll be done when it's done!" Not friendly or reliable at all, NOT recommending their services!

I have been doing business with Miller Clock for over 30 years. Friendly, knowledgable staff. My watches always receive tender loving care when in for service. Nice assortment of watches and gifts at a competitive price.

terrible, poor service, i emailed them so if they could repair a watch i purchased online, they emailed me back saying yes they could, took my watch there, the lady up front brought it to the back, less then a minute later it was done, NO WAY, the links are no different then before, they didnt charge me of course because nothing was done to charge me for, if you didnt want to fix the thing, then say NO, if i gave this service at my place of business, i would be out of business, terrible service, poor attitude, i will find someone else to service my watches
