Worst pain management place I've ever been to. I have chronic pancreatitis that I've dealt with my entire life. Eventually I will need tp/iat surgery, total pancrectomy auto islet transplant. (They take out ur spleen, pancreas, and gallbladder, grind up the panc, extract the islets and put them in ur liver, and then complete digestive reconstructive surgery) This doctor, even though I was referred in from Fairview Minnesota, gave me ONE option; to numb all my duct and all my digestive organs, I called my doctor in Minnesota where they said, NO! Don't ever do that procedure! It can permentanly numb u and completely wreck ur insides. They were flabbergasted that he didn't offer me any sort of pain medication. The only oral thing he told me he could give me was suboxone, which I'm sorry, is not for pain. This doctor seemed inexperienced and he treated me like I was a number rather then a person.
Dr. Joseph was the first physician that understood my pain and was compassionate. I've had back pain all my life, three buldging disks, curvature of spine and arthritis. He has asked about alternative procedures at each appointment,, but i've tried a number of them and not helpful. He still tries to find something that could help me other than the narcotic medication. I'm on a very low dose, as i am recovering from alcholism, so he always asks if i'm going to meetings, walking and exercises. He looks at the whole person and is so understanding of chronic pain. I now have days without pain, and my depression has greatly improved. I can't say enough about Dr. Joseph and would recommend him to anyone with chronic pain.

More than half my life has been spent in chronic pain. Recently, when my pain increased.. I was referred to Dr. John Joseph to help treat and manage my pain. The doctor did NOT offer treatment alternatives, wrote a script for narcotics and then accused me of being an addict. It was incredibly hurtful and NO ONE deserves to be treated this way. If you are looking to have your pain ACTUALLY managed, I'd suggest a different clinic!!

I was diagnosed with Small Fiber Neuropathy, Fibromyalgia, arthritis in neck and spine and a slipped disk. These diagnoses have been confirmed by another provider. NOT BY INTEGRATIVE PAIN MANAGEMENT! The staff at Integrative Pain Management lack the expertise and quality that is required. The on duty person will not return calls. They are quick to judge you as a drug seeker. I discourage anyone that is suffering from chronic pain to using this provider. VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!
