Stormont Vail Health includes Stormont Vail Hospital, located in Topeka, and the Cotton Oâ??Neil clinics, spread across eastern Kansas, meaning care is close to your new home. We are the only Level II Trauma Center and Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in the region. We provide care from birth through all stages of life and have been recognized for excellence of care. New patient - referred after an ER visit. No bedside manner, did not inquire at all about past medical history, did not even discuss what was ailing me at the time of the visit. I was quite simply an inconvenience for her. Now her nurses are just as bad - unable to get prescriptions filled on time OR accurately. In fact, after a few months of getting all my prescriptions through her, suddenly with NO explanation, she has refused to prescribe some of the medications I have been on for years!
