My girlfriends and I went in to try shooting this weekend. We had a wonderful and patient man show us everything we needed and he stayed with us while we shot. He did a great job explaining and helping us. We left with several bulls eyes hit on the target :) Wonderful experience.

I think that they are over priced and very rude they think the small time hunter is not for them they only carry high dollar items and think they know everything, they need to get over there self and think more customer service and want more customers.. bought a bow for a woman there they said it would go down to 40lbs and set it up for us and after shooting it a few times the limbs came apart, yes they have a great pistol collections but who cares. We need a sporting goods store that knows product and can help the customer. Don't waste your time in that store.....

My experience was great. They have the best selection of guns and holsters in this part of the state. If you want to see service with an atitude visit the Bass Pro store in springfield. I bought a holster yesterday and it and the service where great. I will visit Pistols Plus before I shop any place else.

very rude most of the times I have been in there and the prices are ridiculous, highest priced place anywhere around here. They act like they have som much money, that they could care less if you shop there, customer service is awful. Locals don't buy guns there, only the tourists who have more money than brains. I just go there to look and fondle different guns because they do have a big place with a pretty good selection. Then I go elsewhere to buy.
