I have tried calling for 2 days to check on my mom and find out what us going on with her. I was told to call back later every time I called because the volunteer could not locate a nurse. The last time I was also told a nurse would call me back, that was earlier today. Nobody has called so far. What the heck is wrong with this picture? Yeah where are the nurses? Volunteers answering the phone because they heard it ring and no nurse near by? Lousy rating from me. Will keep trying hut about ready to start getting really mad if I do not get any info soon.
