This place is amazing! I thought that they just had tanning services, but when I went in they showed me all of their spa services. I tried the slim it wrap and it was amazing. The owner is extremely nice and the staff is super helpful and friendly. I love being a member here and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to relax and/or get tan.

I have gone in and out of this Planet Beach for a while now. It used to be my favorite place! Always had great customer serive, clean equipment, friendly staff, and just an all around amazing place. I moved away for 2 years and just recently moved back. I went in to get a new membership and all I have to say was DISGUSTING! The place was so gross. Not only that but the owner was the most unprofessional women I have ever met. I believe her name was Careen or something along those lines. She was rude, helpless, and had no knowledge of how to run a business what so ever. The word on the street is that the previous owners are taking it back over and I am beyond thrilled! The day I find out this spa is no longer in this terrible owners hands anymore, I will be the first in line to become a member again. I am so glad the current owner is a failure and the business will be back up and running like it should.

I live in San Diego and visit family in Tucson, and every time I come to AZ I come to this tanning place for mystic tan bc it is the best at this salon. Every time I go home to CA after visiting Tucson, people tell me what a great tan I got on vacation.

Love this place! The equipment is fantastic, and the service and attitude is even better. They really seem to care about their customers. I wish their hours were a little longer but they have started allowing me to schedule my visits so I can get access to spa pieces I want without a wait. I also like that they are next to my nail place and womens gym.

This is the "ONLY CLASS ACT" in Tucson. They are professional, courtious, informative, and don't try to sell things you don't need. They are the BEST. I've been burned by many other salons out there so I beliefve I know. At the Planet Beach Oro Valley location I have always been treated with the best customer service and respect. They ARE NOT THE CHEAPEST, just the BEST, in my opinion. The other thing I like about Planet Beach Oro Valley is they have all these other SPA pieces that I can use (you HAVE to try the hydration stations, or whatever they call it). These spa pieces go WAY BEYOND TANNING. They really help you look good, feel good, and actually improve certain physical aspects of your skin. THIS IS NOT YOUR ORDINARY SALON.
