General Info
By training I am a triple board-certified physician specializing in Non-Surgical Orthopedics and Functional Rehabilitation. However, by personal experience having lived through injuries, band-aid treatments, and eventually surgeries offered to me on the conventional path, I now see my primary role as a teacher and guide for my patients. Through my own journey seeking out a definitive solution for my situation I found my way to Regenerative and Functional Medicine. I now uniquely combine the fields of Functional Medicine and Regenerative Medicine to help you definitively heal Orthopedic/Musculoskeletal injuries of the joints, spine, muscles, ligaments, and tendons, while getting healthier, and re-gaining control your healthy destiny. Through years of mentorship and continuing education, my own treatment, and experience of thousands of patient encounters, as I worked down this non-conventional path, I built my own proprietary process and system - the PATH - which I now use to treat all of my patients. Through this unique process we Prepare your body to heal, Activate the essential habits, nutrition, lifestyle components and systems of the body, Target the root cause of imbalance, dysfunction or injury, so that we can Heal the body with a comprehensive, natural, and sustainable approach. The aim for each visit is to answer the questions “why do I hurt or feel unwell?”, and “how can it be fixed?” The goal is to “graduate” you from my practice, healthier, with the knowledge and tools to prevent recurrent injuries, live longer, and be stronger for whatever challenges you will face in life, sports, or recreation. When not learning, training, or teaching patients, you can find me hanging out with my wife Lisa, and little-man Kaiden in the great outdoors of Tucson, or experimenting with “bio-helping” strategies, or new healthy recipes in the kitchen.

Dr Tait is very thorough. He reviews all reports and information, and takes the time to explain. He offers medical options to consider regardless of whether his practice can provide care or not. He takes the time to talk thru and make sure you understand. He even offers the next steps and the ‘why’s’. The entire staff is kind and cares about the patient
After suffering three days of intense pain I was able to be sandwiched with an appointment that greatly eliminated my pain

Dr. Tait has been able to heal many long term injuries I’ve had that other doctors could never figure out. He’s willing to try anything to help his patients get better and he uses approaches that are backed by research but are often not endorsed by other because they don’t turn a huge profit. Dr. Tait found my dads cancer when others couldn’t and it kept him alive and fighting long enough to meet my daughter. Dr. Tait is a good man who is here to heal, not to make money off of people
How nice is it to have a doctor that really listens and doesn't immediately take out his prescription pad! I feel like for the first time I have someone who is interested in my body as a whole. I wish I had found Dr. Tait years ago!
