Beware of this husband/wife team EVANS using a storage address only in Ormond. We gave them all our busuness: yard cleanup, tree removal, branch removal, and sod. (He smelled of alcohol, was charismatic, fast-talking and repeated abt his 6 children to feed and needing the money.) The same night as contract signing, they called, asking for $300 more due to their inadvertence, over & above $950 pd on contract (bal at completion of job to our satisfaction). Throughout the first day, we were strongly pressured 3x to give him hundreds more to pay his crew then! He again smelled of alcohol, what they did was good, but all debris was not removed and job was not completed at all. He stated on signing he'd be here 4 consecutive days., the latter 2 days strictly for sod and prep. NO SHOW 2nd DAY, our phone calls unreturned, we left msg of us firing them fr the job. Robt and wife Amy show up in flip flops & shorts uninvited after 3 pm wanting more $$ & suggesting they'd finish phase I of the job "now". They harassed the DBPD in person & by phone who couldn't help them, the last call w her accusing us of repeatedly threatening them & lastly feigning to police that their lives were in danger, her screaming that police shd get to our home "right away bf something really bad happens" and abruptly hanging up !!!! Proceeded harassing us. Police, who are "onto them", recommended we file an injunction if they continue w harassment. Unfortunately, we didnt check reviews ahead, but now see they couldn't be any worse!!

BEWARE AND SHAME ON US!! : fast talking, persists about 6 kids & needing the work, has charisma. Pd $950 upfront on contract (unheard in this business). Tb here 4 consec days. Showed up on Day 1 asking 3x for more $$ to pay his crew. Left early, work no more than 25% completed. Day 2 - no show, no return phone calls. We left msg "fired" & not to show up any old time on our property. They showed up uninvited in flip flops & shorts late in day demanding $$, screaming, defaming and threatening us on our front lawn. Everyone in our neighborhood could see and hear them.
Continued to harass us online w namecalling, threats, etc. Harassed police repeatedly w no action by police who "had their number". She even feigned screaming fast to police that their "lives were threatened & police shd get to our home right away bf something bad happens" & abruptly hung up.

Police recommended that we petition the court for injunction if they harass us one more time.

Cut tree down, left debris & stump, dropped a branch on my fence and dented it. Will Not rectify!!!
