      I am a property manager in Ormond Beach, therefore, having to constantly purchase material to maintain the upkeep of my property. I find the customer service is very poor. Customer Service Desk do not acknowledge you, and when they finally say "what" can we do for you, they just get on the phone to call that department and you wait forever. If you are a man, you have no problem getting attention. This is not right. Your quarterly profits show you can hire a few more people.
