Halifax Appraisal foundation was built in the Banking Industry. After 25 + years in Regional and Community Banks and a Banking Trade Association, David A. Rioux began his appraisal career in 1985 and started Halifax Appraisal Company in 1990. Since then Paul Rioux and Kristen Rioux McGrath have assumed leadership of the firm and a second generation continues the tradition of excellence. The firm has a total of 3 licensed appraisers armed with cutting edge technology and years of local knowledge meeting your valuation needs. We specialize in single family homes and condominiums.
