I have never seen such an unprofessional establishment licensed to help mental health patients. The psychiatrist is unreachable, my calls are never returned, and my meds were not refilled. The therapist does 75% of the talking in all sessions. The final straw was when I called for help with a panic attack. I was 'dumped' over the phone and left with no help. Later, I was refused my records. Anyone who needs stable, reliable mental help should look elsewhere. Also, their hours are from seven at night until one in the morning. I once spent five hours in the waiting room. All in all, its just a bad deal. In addition, the therapist told me they will be going out of business. This place isn't going to last, so don't waste your time. I feel betrayed, used, and discarded. I would only recommend this practice to someone who has a high tolerance for patience, being talked down to, and not in need of any serious help.
