I decided to go with a stamped-concrete patio when I built my new home in 2011/12. My vertical (foundation-forms) contractor sub'd the flat-work for the garage and basement floor to Hard Rock, so I decided to have him do the patio as well. All of the flat-work was perfect and we couldn't be happier about our patio choice. If you aren't using Hard Rock, you are making a real mistake!
