The founder Yvonne Yan is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Florida. She holds a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Central Florida. She has years of experience in Global Big Six Accounting firm and she is expert in solving various complicated tax issues and in negotiating with the IRS and state tax authorities.
