Arrived my appointment 40 minutes late. Was left stranded for over 2 1/2 hours trying to get ahold of someone, since the driver wouldn't answer his phone. I am an disabled person unable to stand for no longer than 15 minutes and these people left me standing so long that I had walk in excruciating pain a cross the lot to a shopping cart that someone left and push it over just to be able to sit. I have been in pain since that trip and its been 5 days since that god awful day. Do not use this service!
