My car got towed yesterday and the reason is ridiculous which is I wasing going to the restaurant immediately. Are there any signs or policies require you must do that?? And the thing is I did go to the restaurant and talked to the owner they said they didn't call them to toll the car. They rent the parking lot but not own it. I left only 10 minutes to pick my order up but I just went to somewhere else first for like 5 minutes and my car got towed. And I showed my receipt to the staff oh and the staff is so rude you guys are gonna going to hell and die on the street for no reason. He kept saying did you go to the restaurant IMMEDIATELY? YES OR NOT!!?? Oh man your car's gonna got hit some trucks someday.

This is Capitalism at its extreme. How could this even be legal? This is highway robbery. Its like a mafia collecting shark loan. They must have paid someone watching you park you car and towed your car away to collect $150. Seven Eleven at West Summerlin in Orlando next to a Starbucks must have its dirty hand in it too.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. This company is the worst my car had more scratches on it they did not listen to what I had to say. THEY DO NOT CARE AT ALL. ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY

Worst company ever. Pretty sure they were going around parking lots, towing random cars because I am a local and I park at the same spot everytime we go to this plaza on Mills. This issue has never happened before. They say that I need to talk to the owners of the property but the owners know me and my family! This is ridiculous. They are very aggressive throughout the entire process and show no skills when it comes to communicating.

They towed my car (which was not supposed to be towed). They brought it back but shortly thereafter my engine light came on and I took it to have the code diagnosed. They said it was a transmission problem. I made an appointment to have it checked to see what the problem was but before I could get it there for the appointment my car made a strange noise and my transmission completely locked up. I had to have it towed to the transmission place and it cost me over $3100 to get it fixed. They had to put in another transmission. They said the problem was caused from being towed improperly. I called and wrote to Towtruck Company several times. When I called they said it was not their problem. I wrote to the owner and received no response.

This company will go around to vacant lots where cars may be parked and put up tow-zone signs so they can tow your car and charge you $150.00 to get it out. If you question anything they have to say they will threaten to impound your car again. Can't get any information regarding the owner's name. Complete crooks.
