About Brantly & Associates Inc Brantly & Associates, Inc was established in 1988 as a family business dedicated to the concept of providing professional, high quality training for the security industry. Founder Matt Brantly strives to set industry standards in training, inspired by his father's dedication to professionalism which is reflected in his distinguished career with the Seminole County Sheriff's office. The passion to teach was reflected in his classes at the Seminole Community College Basic Police Recruit Academy. Lt. Brantly trained new recruits in firearms and self defense from 1972 to 1997. The need for the kind of professional training offered by Brantly & Associates, Inc grew, and with this so has the company's reputation. Matt Brantly, seeing the future, sought to create a team to meet these needs. His diverse staffs reflects his principals of professionalism and have backgrounds in military, police, investigations, intelligence, bail bonds, event staffing and consultation. B & A, Inc is proud to offer this experience and impart these values to its students. Our headquarters and facilities are based in Orlando. Brantly & Associates is proud to serve Central Florida. The company's reputation for providing high quality training to security personnel has established it firmly in the business community. Matt Brantly is proud of his reputation in Central Florida which is reflected in his management style, in his 29 years of experience in the industry, and in his Criminal Justice degree from Rollins College.
