Awful customer service. They say they take walk-ins but when I came as a walk in, they were rude to me and ignored me for almost half an hour, and stalled on providing me any genuine service for 45 minutes total! A technician even pretended she was starting my pedicure when all she was doing was filing my toe nail down to the point that it hurt - I asked her to please stop. Then, a woman walked into the nail salon and she immediately said "that's my appointment someone will be with you later-" and picked up her cabby of supplies and walked away!I waited TEN more minutes still no sign of any service - I had to dry my feet off which were raisins at this point and left - no one apologized for telling me "5 minutes" when I came in initially. No one attempted to make it right or to help. That in my opinion is the most horrible customer service a business could provide - I will never give Sunshine Nails my business in the future and have nothing positive to say about this business.
