Seems that have 1 phone, which when answered they always ask you to call back in 10 minutes and they don't have an 800 number, Must be a nothing shop and yet they are a Rowenta service shop.

Don't do business here! These people are awful. After 5 months, at least 8 phone calls from me and never any follow up from them, I still don't have the coffee pot that I sent them for warranty repair. They said it would be 3 weeks the first time I called to send it. They acted like they could never find my repair order, they never returned any follow up calls. After 4 months, they said they ordered me a new pot from the factory. Two weeks later, they blamed the factory and said they were faxing over another order that was missed, but they only had 1/2 f the address correct anyway. Two weeks after that, I called the factory who had to follow up with them to get the order placed. They never once apologized for any of this buffoonery and acted very unconcerned when I told them I would be rating them online. Go ANYWHERE else but here for your appliances and repairs.
