I just wanted to thank Barry and Frank for the outstanding service and knowledge. They were great in getting me the Taylor T-5z in koa that I wanted. The guitar was not available due to the factory not having the wood needed to produce the guitar. I was pleasantly surprized with the staff of the Lee Rd. Sam Ash, I came in to check out the new Gibson Les Paul 60s Tribute, Frank , was very helpful and patient, I was able to play the guitar and try othersas well, I will never buy one without trying others against as no two are alike, he was aware of my needs and cost considerations. After playing them and returning home , which is 2 hours away, I called the next day and asked if he could hold it for a few days until I could get back, without a deposit or a CC # Frank and Wally as well held the guitar on my word alone. When I returned to get it I actually tryed it again against a Goldtop model I loved , Wally patiently worked with me , we , adjusted the pickup height,played it as well so I can listen and not be distracted by my own playing ( important to hear the caharacter of the guitar without worrying about playing) .I was sold after a few adjustments and the help I received.Ive been playing over 30 years,
