Mr.Hornsby I'm not going to lie is the BEST ATTORNEY EVER.He was busy today when I gave him a call and he said, you know what just come in. I went into his office, He talked to me straight up like a Big Brother.The Legal Advice he gave me was so Knowledgeable and Smart, to be honest he put me onto a Level of thinking that I would never in my Life would have thought. I cant say enough, I just know I would never go by any other Lawyer in my life besides Mr.Hornsby.For him to take time off his busy schedule to meet with me and talk to me like a Big Brother. Hired Mr. Hornsby after son was stopped for DUI- we went by online recommendations, as we didn't know any attorneys in the area. Initial impression was a "no-nonsense" attitude- almost curt in interactions- don't let that throw you! Richard was extremely responsive to questions - even on weekends- we received a favorable result (dismissed!) I was extremely satisfied with my experience with Mr. Hornsby. He took care of every detail of a minor in possession charge for my college student and was able to get the prosecutor to dismiss the criminal charges. I got myself in trouble at age 71. Never had to hire a lawyer,after making several calls I found Mr. Hornsby, on the internet. I had been considering a Public Defender, but instead I found not only one of the best rated Attorneys but one of the most affordable as well.The first meeting went well,and I left with the feeling that a huge weight had been lifted and felt hope for the first time.He told me to go home and live my life. During my case I had a few people gang up on me trying to make it look like I was the most violent, mean, awful person. Mr. Hornsby was fantastic at giving me fair representation and getting the job done. In what seemed like a terrible situation, Mr. Hornsby was able to review the facts of my case and use his extensive knowledge to get me a very favorable outcome. What looked like a life changing mistake has now been turned into a minuscule speed bump because of Mr. Hornsby's services. I highly recommend his representation.
My son was charged with 3 felonies and facing a maximum sentence of 40 years in prison. I hired Mr. Hornsby to represent him and it was the best decision I ever made. I called Mr. Hornsby on a Friday and left a message. To my surprise he called me back that Friday night. He earned my trust and respect with that phone call.
