Elmer said he’s a mobile repair service but since I live over 2 hours away, he agreed to let me drop it off with him. I have a 1 year old Juki DD-1181 industrial walking foot sewing machine that just wasn’t sounding or sewing right. He let me test it before I left, loaded and unloaded it from my car. I started sewing with it a couple of days later, and it’s running better than when it was new! I’ll drive 2 hours each way every time to take my machines to Elmer for servicing. This is fantastic!

I have a 3 year old Juki DDL-8700 industrial sewing machine that just wasn’t sounding or sewing right. My machine was repaired with in an hour, he let me test it before I left, loaded and unloaded it from my car. I started sewing with it in earnest today 9one day later), and it’s running better than when it was new! Certainly much better than when I had it repaired by someone local. I’ll drive 90 minutes each way every time to take my machines to Elmer for servicing. This is fantastic!
