For those who are more concerned with their budget than having room service, this is the place. My daughter and I went to visit my other daughter in the hospital in Orlando and stayed here a couple of days. The staff was excellent, the rooms were clean and the extras are suitable. Close to all attractions and a safe area to walk around for souvenirs and shopping. No problem with having our dog with us as well. So for those with a bad experience, evidently you should have stayed at the Hilton, if its not to your standards. For the ones of us who like to save money and get a decent place to stay this is it and will be our permanent hotel while in Orlando on vacations.
