I recently switched to this office because I moved and it was close. They INSISTED that I needed this expensive deep cleaning and literally refused to do a regular cleaning. After I paid them $125 up front for it they sent me a bill for the remainder because my ins denied the claim. They knew my insurance wouldnt pay without proper documentation of needing it (BECAUSE I DIDNT NEED IT!) but they made me get it anyway! They knew they wouldnt get much for a regualr cleaning so they jacked up the price on me then want me to pay for EVERYTHING? I find this to be a very sneaky way to rip people off. I worked in dr offices I know how it works. The front desk people were nice until I questioned the extra charge then she got very dismissive with me like nothing I said mattered and insisted that I owed them more money. I would not recmmend this office to anyone.
