Shock and disappointed. Never thought that a country wide company would have personnel that has direct contact with customers are not given proper CSR training can treat paying clients disrespectfully borderline racially is not what I expected from Petsmart. I called the grooming Dpt. as we have for the last 6 years Mrs. Cassandra Crowell was not what I have always gotten from an employee that directly impacts the reputation of PETSMART. I called 7:54 am she answered could not find either my pet or our names after 5 minutes trying she hung up on us. Called 8:00 am she answered and without even apologizing she says ok I found you so she says we dont have your rabies shots I replied we have given proof the last 2 times we were there. Well she rudely says no shots no apts. So I said I would look for the shot records from our vet and will bring them She replies in a demeaning way OK you can come any time I told her Will be there in 30 minutes I probably hung up 8:02 with her

While on vacation made an appointment for a puppy bath for a 1 yr old yorkie. Was told either 10 or 11 am was available. Took the 11 appointment but ended up dropping her off at 10:15 am She was put in a kennel for 3 hrs. The woman bathed her and took off for lunch. Had to involve manager to have them complete the trim. Puppy was traumatized and developed stress diarrhea from the experience and had to stop at vet 2 hours later. Never, again!!!!!!

I go to this PetSmart VERY often as we have 4 dogs. I took my yorkie-poo here and they cut his privates with the scissors! When we picked him up he was shaking and he at home he ran right into his kennel and refused to come out. He whimpered and licked his cuts and couldn't even walk without crying or licking. He also got fleas and heartworm from them NEVER cleaning. No apologies or compensation, WHATSOEVER

I'm very happy I found this place. The groomers here are the best and I couldn't be more happier with the job they have done with my babies.They were very friendly and professional .It's hard to find a place that has it all like this one....I will never take my babies anywhere else and I highly refer this grooming shop to all my freinds,family and co-workers.

NEVER, EVER AGAIN I have taken my yorkie to this petsmart once before with no trouble, but after this experiance never again. I did not notice until I got him home, but his left eye was swollen shut. When I called back to ask what happened and why they did not tell me while I was there I got...maybe he has shampoo in his eye or maybe some hair. No sorry or anything. They did tell me to bring him back in if it got worse so the vet there could look at him at no cost. So when his right eye also swelled shut I had my husband take the dog back over there. Then we find out they did not even have a vet available to look at him today, and they sent him to the PetSmart at Waterford Lakes. After numerous tests they found out that something had gotten in his eyes and burnt them. They said that there may be scaring, but if we put the two perscriptions in his eyes five times a day he shouldn't go blind. Once he was finally back home, I held him for awhile, and realized that my eyes, skin, and throat itched badly. Whatever they sprayed on him was very irritating. So after all of this, I had to rebathe him anyway. They service is horrible, and they have no remourse for nearly blinding my dog. Not to mention, during the two hours that my husband waited for the vet, he watched other dogs being groomed at the Waterford Lakes location. He said they are horribly cruel to the animals and he would never let anyone we know take their animal there again. DO NOT RISK IT!
