Dear Service Manager: This is to confirm our discussion of the problems we encountered with the Oil Change service I requested. My vehicle was functioning properly prior to turning off my engine at your shop. I had no service or warning lights at that time. I requested only an oil change. Unfortunately, this did not happen. Instead, you improperly serviced my oil and did not put enough oil in thereby causing damage to my vehicle. My vehicle began almost immediately to shake and stutter which is a direct result of insufficient oil in the engine. This I have been informed by a dealership mechanic. I fully appreciate your admittance of this fact to my girlfriend and I. However, you have also now sought to perform additional service work as a direct result of this improper oil change service. There should be no charge to me for this service as I did not ask for it and my vehicle was not in need of it prior to entering your shop. Ill leave that to your discretion. All that said, sh

I called the Pine Hills Facility and waited on hold for 20 minutes and no one ever came to the phone to help me. I kept hearing the recording come on asking to wait for assistance and no replies. I ended up at a competitors Shop. Sorry, Joe Neri
