AVOID! It took us forever to get our console back. We dropped off our ps3 and they told us it should be ready next day. well we never got a phone call and when we tried calling no one would answer the phone. We go to the shop and no one was available. finally we got someone on the phone and he told us it was not repairable. It took us almost 3 week to get it back.
