My roadside assistance sent this company to pick up my car when it broke down. My car was damaged (a big hole in the front bumper/grill) I was not notified. I found out when I got off work and went to pick up my car.

Minus 4 stars if I could. Worst towing company ever. Requested a tow to my dealership as I got a blowout tire. Got confirmation text with pick up and delivery addresses. I called my dealer and couldn't find my car - turns out they took to wrong dealership. When I called to find out where my car was - they said they took it to 4101 colonial - which was definitely wrong place - when I explained they took it to wrong dealer - the guy flipped out - started yelling and said - I needed to call my insurance company and figure out because they took it to correct place. They refused to go back and get it and take to right dealership. I said I had a receipt - they said too bad - because that is not the address they had. Really? So I had end up getting my car repaired and place they took it because I couldn't afford another tow.

If I can give this place no stars I would. Probably the most unprofessional and foulest towing “company” there is in Orange County. This place should be shut down and terminated. They will steal your car if they could get away with it. Please do not trust them with your car. All they want is your money and to damage your car more than what it originally had taken place. This place is trash and the owner is even worst. DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER.

Well where to begin. If I could do zero I would.Dispatcher is foul mouthed. He cusses all the time at employees & services bad mouths his employees threatens them. The hours are not worth the commission pay. To work or do service with this company I would definitely be double thinking before you do especially with a dispatcher that cusseses at everyone and anyone.

DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER. Owner/Manager of this company is rude and he's an extortionist. Insurance carrier had negotiated contracted rate but that is not what he was willing to accept, so rather than renegotiate his contract, he calls me to inform me that I owe him more than what was agreed upon and that failure to give him the money he demanded would result in my car getting towed to his lot where I will then have to pay him 400 dollars to get it back. I told him that he is not permitted to touch my car and he already had it up on the truck and told his driver not to let it down. This was a transfer from one dealer to another for a second opinion. Thankfully the dealership refused to let the driver leave with the car until the owner/manager agreed upon the already agreed upon rate plus 20 dollars (which I don't think my insurance company should have paid because the manager claims he was waiting for an hour and a half - when the dispatch hadn't even been done at that time... he was lying). Stay away from this company. I highly recommend Athens towing or Ace wrecker. They won't lie or extort/blackmail you or your insurance.
