The Roads and Drainage Division offers roadway paving and material procurement services. In addition, it provides project evaluation and planning services. The division features an administration section that offers budget preparation and monitoring, payroll preparation and 24-hour emergency assistance services. The Roads and Drainage Division is a part of public works department, which provides traffic engineering, highway construction, stormwater management and transportation planning services.
