General Info
John Oldach, the original founder of our Company, began operations in Puerto Rico and Orlando, Florida (circa 1955) marketing Ventilation, Air Conditioning equipment and industrial tools. Oldach Associates, Inc., as it is today, was incorporated on June 27, 1980 as a Manufacturers' Representative and Distribution Company. The Corporation was conceptualized from the original John Oldach Company maintaining the name, which throughout the years, has proven to be a successful enterprise. Oldach ownership falls between partners: Giancarlo Brito and Felix Campos, graduate engineers with vast experience in residential and commercial air conditioning & refrigeration, industrial cooling, ventilation, water treatment and air & water filtration. Corporate Headquarters are located within the Metropolitan Area of San Juan at Las Palmas Industrial Park in Catano, Puerto Rico. Building infrastructure sums 12,000 square feet of office and showroom area of 100,000 square feet, distributed in eleven buildings strategically located in Puerto Rico, to include St. Thomas (USVI). The company's operations are fully computerized and focused on marketing and selling of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration related products, equipment and accessories. Our philosophy is to supply and serve our customers with products of quality. We are committed to high standards of service, maintaining close contact with our customer, responding to economical trends and changes in the business environment, cultivating more than a business relationship, all which aid in the realization of our goals.
