Hi, I’m Nikki and I’d love to work with you if you’re seeking healing from an eating disorder like Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder, ARFID, Orthorexia, or disordered eating, or if you struggle with poor body image, obsessive thoughts, compulsive behaviors, excess anxiety, worry over what others think, perfectionism, low motivation, poor self-esteem, stress, or if you’re just feeling stuck. There’s so much noise in our lives that it can be difficult to know what to let in and what to let go. We can start to believe we are how we feel or who people say we are. I’ll help you build a compassionate relationship with yourself that acknowledges everything you’ve gone through, but in a way that opens you up to better days. I view you as the expert in your own life and our work together as a partnership towards healing. I have a conversational style in sessions and will make sure to earn your trust as we do this body, mind, and soul work. I’ll help you to increase your inner peace and to build authentic relationships with others that don’t leave you feeling drained. I help you make peace with your whole self—your thoughts & body included. I’ll help you see that you are powerful beyond measure and more capable than you can imagine. I’ll teach you tools to access healing long past our work together.
