I was accepted in the New Horizons program. I have little experience with computers. I took out a loan that was deferred for 12 months. I was able to get certification with in 5 1/2 months. WOULD A REPUTABLE BUSINESS REFUSE TO GIVE PAYING CUSTOMERS THE OWNER'S CONTACT INFO WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICE? NEW HORIZONS in Orlando refused.-- Me and my fiance visited New Horizons in Orlando. The recruiter said that the student loan was going to be deferred for 2 years. The false ad is running in the Employment Guide stating tuition is deferred up to 24 mos. But in reality, they do not offer that plan. The recruiter pitched us the 2 year deferred plan but signed my fiance up with the one year deferred plan without our knowledge. I am my fiance's co-signer. When we complained about being misled, they just brushed us off refusing to give us the owner's contact info and did not give the owner our contact info. My fiance asked would he be taught Win 98,ME and 2000. The recruiter said yes but he ended up graduating without being taught the programs. We were misled.
