My daughter sees the PA there who is Pamela Badzinski. She is wonderful but her assistant or the regular girl at the front dest is horrible! She is very rude. I feel like it is her job to help the client but she does very little to nothing to help anyone. I don't know her name but it's the bigger African Amercian girl. My daughter has been seen by Pam Badzinski for about a year now and I almost hate to even call in because I hate to deal with this lady. She is so nasty! God forbid you want to change you apt or want an earlier time. I am giving this 3 stars not because of Pam but because of the front desk lady. Replace her and your company will be at 100%.
