Provided by YP.comGreat customer service! They have started having a lot of resident events and it’s great to get out of the house to have some socially distanced fun.

Provided by YP.comThe people in the office helped me find my apartment at the last minute. I was so stressed out and they made it easy for me and my kids. I can tell I'm going to be very happy here, my apartment is super cute too.

Provided by YPmobileCurrent resident, stuck here... I've lived in Orlando for almost 10 years. Even with new cosmetic improvements... This is far and away the worst housing experience I have had. Management is uncaring, the buildings aren't kept clean and a guy was stabbed at the gym a couple months back... Google it, it happened... this is not where you want to live.

Provided by YP.comDon't waste your time, keep driving and keep it moving. The only thing the complex has going is the location because it’s conveniently located on I-drive, but that’s it! The complex has an old infrastructure, roach problem in the summer, and mildew issue. These circumstances enable management to charge a reasonably low price for the units; unfortunately, it attracts a lot of lower end income individuals, whom are downright ghetto. There are also a lot of decent nice people, but unfortunately the bad apples ruin it for everyone. Lately there’s been a big influx of what seems to be undocumented Latins, and bottom feeding Latin individuals with no consideration for their fellow neighbor. Don’t get me wrong I’m Latin too, but I left the ghetto back in my country! There are a few dudes that pull into the complex with a night club in the trunk of their car, in the wee hours of the morning, which would be bearable If they only parked and went home, but no they stay parked for minutes at a time with the loud banning bass, as if they were going to charge passersby’s a club cover, and for drinks, who knows maybe they have a bar in their trunk too! There’s this one dude who’s a neighbor, and he plays loud Mexican music all hours of the day. I’ve left notes at his door asking politely to keep it down, complained to the office, and even called the police on numerous occasions. He seems to come to his senses, but eventually he has a complex where he must show he’s Mexican to the world, and continues to play the loud and obnoxious music. I decided to take matters into my old hand and bang a huge rubber hammer really hard until pieces of sheet rock fall on his floor. The music is turned down right away I guess he’s afraid I’m going to make his roof cave in literally. I only lasted one year, I’m not renewing my lease and I’m moving out at the end of the month. I’m counting the days, I can’t wait. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

Provided by YPmobileI WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THIS PLACE A RATING BUT I HAD TO IN ORDER FOR IT TO GET READ;;;If your smart. You wouldn't move here. The people are disgustingly rude. The accounts lady (Lisa)seems to take it upon herself to think that she runs the show, Honestly she is just mad cause she is getting old & the help comes & goes like the wind. They can't seem to keep employees to save their life. But I'll tell you what, they don't miss a beat when it comes time to collecting the rent. The rent seems to go up along with their water but there is no improvement to the property at all. As soon as you move in, it becomes like 360 attitude. I feel really bad for Stephanie who is the actual property manager but she seems to be surrounded by a staff that has a major attitude problem all the time. The funny thing is, they never seem to know anything when you need something done. They are always threatening to not renew your lease so you don't have a voice, cause they will then kick you out. As far as the parking, THAT IS A JOKE. There are 4 cops that live in the complex 1ST RED FLAG! But they all have extra cars & they can park wherever they want along with their extra vehicle. They call them Community officers, but try & talk to one of them, let me know how that goes. they wont give you the time of day, or they will just look at you with this mean look all the time. As far as the rest of us we have to struggle & walk half the complex to get to our unit. The rent for what you get is totally not even close to equal. THE WHOLE COMPLEX HAS GOT A MAJOR RODENT & ROACH INFESTATION & the complex does nothing about it, cause they don't want to spend the money to get a real company out here. You would figure sitting between 3 resorts that they would care a little bit. NOPE NOT AT ALL. I have been here for 3 years & it has gotten worse every year. So do yourself a favor, unless you have to, & you don't mind hanging with bugs & rodents, dont waste the time or energy moving here. you will be sadly disappointed & take a chance getting your car towed on a regular basis unless you want to rent a garage for $125.00 a month, if you ask to see one they will tell you there is none available. how coincidental. the cleaning lady is the watch dog of the property. if she spent as much time cleaning as she does spying on everybody, she might get something done.
