The service Middleton provided for my lawn was great. The customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! They do not return phone calls. You have to speak to everyone and explain your issue 100 times. I requested the manager to call me and he didn't have the courage to call. Do not use Middleton if you are wanting to be taken care of as a customer.

Provided by YP.comHired them to rid my house of mice. They wanted money up front, big mistake. Nothing but a run around. Had to keep calling to come out or they would not do a thing. Kept making excuses for catching nothing. Contract ran out I still have mice. They are not a company you want to deal with.

Provided by YP.comThanks to Middleton Lawn Care, I have the best and greenest lawn in my neighborhood. They have served me well, for several years, and should I notice weeds, or something I don't like about my lawn, they are there the next day, and don't charge me, for a re-spray, or ask any questions. There staff is polite, and there service is worth the money. This businees, will treat you well, and you will agree, if you decide to check them out. They offer different monthly services, and aim to please~! Trust me!

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!!! I can tell you first hand that they are extremely knowledgable and probably the best lawn company out there, however; Since they became publicly traded their Employee care has gone to pot!!! They were once like a close family and everyone cared about what was done. Now the employees are just tools!! They are forced to work with substandard ancient equipment. The employees are good hard working people who deserve better! I have been a customer for 7 years and I have always been pleased with the condition of my lawn and the near complete lack of indoor pest problems in that time. My proffesion has taught me when to know if someone is happy and when they are not. These Hard working loyal folks are no longer happy people.
we have been with middleton for about 8 years, for along time we had good service, but in the last 6 months or so we have been having serious problems with our back yard getting brown spots and dying. the current service rep always blames it on lack of water but it gets more than enough. the supervisor is supposed to show up on thursday to see the problem and hopefully will get it resolved

Provided by YP.comI have had such a bad experience with this company I have been compelled to write a review on it. I knew someone personally within the company who recommended them so went with their very expensive services. So three months after the service call, what do I see, but ants, all over my kitchen counter. I called 3 times to get a “free” service call done and while the employee seemed genuinely concerned that the problem was not going away after three visits, his manager was not. Apparently, I was becoming too costly to be a company and they refused more service calls even with my continuing bug problem. The company claims customer service but I got anything but. I later found out from my friends who was involved with the company and found out they have lately been going through “hard times” internally. If I can’t count on a company to run itself well, how can I count on them? Never again.

Provided by YP.comTheir service did not help lawn. They did not offer to fix their service. They charge a $75 cancelation fee. DONT DO BUSINESS with them. The salesman was misleading and did not tell the whole truth. Buyer beware!!!
First, the staff members are friendly, too bad courteous doesn't protect my lawn from pests & weeds. My yard is one of the worst on my street in spite of Middleton's yard treatment. I received a call about a free annual termite inspection. I thought this might be a good opportunity to have someone look at my lawn while they were inspecting for termites. It worked, the salesman mentioned the condition of my lawn. For an extended period of time he explained how susceptible my house was to termites, I had them in landscape timbers, signs of moisture (we are in FL!), protection from other pest. The technician came, inspected, then questioned me about the termites. I pointed out the suspect wall; he said no termites. He asked who my salesman was. I told him, he raised his eyebrows, repeated the name with an'I get it now" tone. He applied treatment and said you will be protected in case termites do come. I am not in a situation to speculate with over $1000 on the potential of termites
We've used Middleton at our rental home in the Tampa area for over a year now and since that time, the condition of our yard has deteriorated. With repeated attempts to meet management at our home and complaints of the numerous ant piles surrounding the back yard nothing seemed to work. Now it appears that carpenter ants are beginning to appear in the home. We are dissatisfied with the service and their apparent lack of concern for our yard. We are very distrubed.
