Omni-Care Medical Center and Dr. Owen Fraser refuse to pay their bills to their vendors. We did some work for them and they keep telling us that the check is in the mail, the Doctor wrote the check and sent it personally. The excuses go on and on. Now the bills are not that much, but we did the work and deserve to be paid as per our contract with them. I wonder how many other bills they aren't paying!
