Office staff was courteous, helpful and tried to make the wait time short, I had a difficult eye situation and Dr. Cartwright agreed to progress slowly on correcting that condition. We are almost there. I have recommended him to others and would return if I had another problem.

Dr Cartwright was more concerned with what my insurance conpany though I needed and not giving me a proper diagnosis. he was Kurt and uncaring about my condition. the office staff was rude and argumentative. I will not return to him under any condition.
