Excellent service! Careful, kind, went the extra mile to call the doctor and other source to find out exact test and exact test number for special lab on part of receptionist and professional, careful phlebotomist, who caused no pain or hematoma. I recommend increased raises, promotions, bonuses, or at least appreciation of both employees. I have been twice now with the same wonderful results. Minimum wait, comfortable waiting room. I am recommending it at the highest level at this site at this time. 03/01/2012.

Don't bother making an appt online for this office. I had an appt for 11:00 AM, got there at 10:45 AM (as instructed), and did not get called to complete my testing until 1:15 PM. When I got there that morning, only 3 employees were there, and one of the three left at around 11:00 and did not return! Then, at about 12:00, one of the remaining two took her lunch break with about 30 people waiting in the waiting room!!! There was no relief until about 12:30, when a 3rd person came in to work the desk, and even then it was chaos. There were patients who arrived after several of us who were already waiting, completed their screens, and sent on their way before myself and several others. I was only there for an employment drug screen! The actual testing itself took only 2 minutes. When asked what the problem was, they only stated, "We've been backed up today." Not a good place to get your testing done. Find other alternatives. (One star only because I had to put something)
